Do you want to return one or more purchased products? No problem, it's your right! We will explain to you in a few simple steps how to proceed.
Terms and conditions of the withdrawal
- You can exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 days starting from the day of receipt of the ordered items.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods produced to measure, personalized or which due to their structure cannot be returned. In this case we will report the words "Right of withdrawal not applicable" in the product sheet.
- You will be able to return all or part of the items in your order. The items must be returned in original condition WITHOUT TAMPERING, properly packaged.
We recommend that you use the same box/packaging in which the product arrived, but if this cannot be used we ask you to use an equally safe and reinforced one.
- Refund requests will not be accepted if the product has undergone alterations or modifications.
What to do to request a return for the right of withdrawal?
- If you fall within the terms described above fill out the form at the bottom of this page, we will send you an email within 2 working days of your request, to the address you indicated, with all the information necessary to proceed with the return.
- Once the return has been confirmed, you can manage the shipment with one of your trusted couriers or via our courier. In this case you will have to tell us an address and a day on which the courier can collect from your home

In this case we will advance the cost of the return shipment and deduct the amount from your refund. If the reason for the return is linked to a malfunction or defect in the product, the return shipping costs are borne by VB Group . In all other cases, the return is your responsibility, but Customer Care is at your disposal to facilitate the operations.
- We at VB Group are not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping. We therefore advise you to pack your products well and insure shipping. In fact, if the return has defects or damage compared to what was indicated during the return procedure or is missing parts or accessories, we may withhold the equivalent value from the refund amount.
- We will undertake to refund within 3 days from the date of receipt of the goods, using the same payment method that you selected when ordering. We will have to wait for the returned item(s) to arrive before making the refund.
- In the case of reimbursement of a product returned due to application of the right of withdrawal, the cost of the item(s) will be refunded excluding the shipping costs of the return to our warehouse. In case of return via our courier, the refund will be deducted by the return shipping costs which we will have communicated to you via email during confirmation.
How does the return of damaged, defective or non-functioning products work?
- The USED products we sell have a 6 month warranty. The warranty is 6 months even if you are a professional who has requested the relevant purchase invoice. It is important to keep the purchase documents (order or invoice) to assert this right.
This warranty does not apply to products showing evidence of improper installation, neglect, abuse, lack of proper maintenance, or alteration of the original product.
- If the product is defective, contact our Customer care with all the details and purchase references and photos proving the problem, we will contact you to solve the problem by evaluating together the replacement with the same item, if available in stock, or you can ask for the refund, which will be made by crediting the amount paid with the payment method used to place the order. If a return is necessary, we will guide you through the return procedure to follow.
- If the product arrived damaged during transport and you accepted the material by placing your signature and the words " I accept subject to inspection " on the courier's delivery note, specifying the reason for the reservation (damaged packaging, crushed packaging, packaging, perforated packaging, other visible damage), contact our Customer care by sending a copy of the bulletin with reservations and any photos of the damaged products, we will evaluate together how to proceed.
- We remind you that even in these cases it will not be possible to replace, return or refund products already installed.
